Australian MP3 Repairs is an independent, iPod and iPhone repair specialist. We employ qualified technicians, highly experienced in the service, repair and upgrade of Apple iPod's. The company is dedicated to providing excellent customer support and guarantees a fast, efficient service. All repairs are conducted using quality assured components and each iPod is checked and tested to ensure the longevity of your iPod.

Australian MP3 Repairs supply free quotes, free registered return postage, with insurance  and a 6 month warranty for every repair. A while-you-wait service is available for customers located in Sydney. We have successfully repaired over 20,000 iPods and iPhones both here and in the UK and are committed to our business.

Procedures:

Shipping - our repair service provides free return delivery and operates Australia wide. Each iPod is returned via registered post and is insured for up to $500. In the event of a delay we can provide a tracking number to identify the whereabouts of your iPod.

Warranty - all repairs come with a 6 month warranty. Warranty returns will not be accepted without a reference number (located on your invoice receipt).

Repair - on receipt of your iPod we will diagnose, quote and complete your repair within 24 hours as long as payment is completed and the necessary parts are in stock. If the appropriate part is not in stock, you will be notified immediately of a time frame for your repair.

Payment - we offer a range of payment options:

  • Paypal
  • Visa Debit/Credit Card (Eftpos)
  • Postal Order/Cheque (Payable to PodRepair Pty Ltd)
  • Bank Deposit (Account Name: PodRepair Pty Ltd - Bank: StGeorge - BSB:112-879 - Acc:429 100 338

*All cheques must include Order Number and contact details overleaf. All cheques will be banked each Friday. iPods and iPhones will only be returned upon clearing. Any Bank penalties due to cheques not clearing will be also due prior to the iPod / iPhone being shipped.

We reserve the right to retain your iPod if payment is not completed within 60 days. We will not be accountable for any delays incurred for the return delivery of your iPod, if payment has not been completed or your iPod has already been posted and is the responsibility of Australia Post.

Refund Replacement and Cancellation Policy - We will honor your right to cancel under Australia's consumer protection laws (Trade Practices Act 1974). You have 7 days in which to notify us that you wish to cancel, and the 7 days commences the day after receipt of the goods. This is your statutory "cooling off period". You may notify us of your cancellation by email. You are responsible for returning the goods to us and the cost of so doing. You must take reasonable care of the goods. Goods which cannot be resold as new will be rejected for refund and returned to you. We reserve our right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the goods, excluding shipping, where the goods are not faulty.

Unclaimed iPods - Any iPods that are sent in for repair and left unpaid for 90 days will be disposed of.
